Our Fly-In/Fly-Out program allows employees to work at remote mining sites for designated periods while returning home during their time off. 

• Scheduled Rotations: Typical rotations include 14 days on-site followed by 14 days off, depending on role and site requirements. 

• Flights: We provide chartered flights between the mine site and designated pick-up points, with shuttles available from the airport to the site. 

• Accommodations: Employees stay in modern, fully equipped accommodations with comfortable rooms, recreational facilities, and on-site medical support.
